— Courtney Kay Boone, age 30, of London was arrested April 19 at approximately 11:20 a.m. The arrest occurred off Johnson Road, approximately five miles east of London, after this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of receiving stolen property under $500 and numerous other violations. This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.

— Jo Ann McHone, age 54, of London on April 19 at approximately 10 a.m. The arrest occurred at the Laurel County Judicial Center in London after this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to sign up for MCR regarding charges of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance – first offense – methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia; and possession of marijuana. This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.

— Charles Ray Vanover, age 25, of London was arrested April 21 at approximately 10:55 a.m. The arrest occurred off Vaughn Ridge Road, approximately five miles west of London, after the Sheriff’s office was dispatched to a fight complaint at 6:07 a.m. there. Prior to arrival deputies learned that a subject there had serious injuries. Upon arrival at the scene deputies found a 32-year-old male victim with life threatening injuries to the head, face and back. The victim was treated at the scene by Ambulance Inc. of Laurel County and airlifted by PHI helicopter to University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington for treatment. Sheriff’s office detectives and deputies conducted an investigation and learned there had been a physical altercation involving two male subjects there. Vanover was charged with first-degree assault and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center. A knife has been recovered.

— Brian K. Sandberg, age 50, of London was arrested April 20, 2019 at approximately 4:25 a.m. The arrest occurred off Southard Road, approximately one and a half miles east of London after deputies were dispatched to a dispute there. Upon arrival at the scene deputies conducted an investigation and learned that this subject had apparently rammed his vehicle into a female victim’s vehicle there. In addition, it was learned that the male subject had been outside yelling during the dispute creating a disturbance in the subdivision. As deputies conducted their investigation, they detected the strong odor of alcoholic beverages emitting from this subject and conducted an investigation determining that he was under the influence. Sandberg was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place; second-degree disorderly conduct and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.

— Brent S. Napier, age 42, of London on April 20 at approximately 10:20 p.m. The arrest occurred off East Laurel Road, approximately five miles east of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint of a person possibly under the influence of drugs near a white car at a business there. Upon arrival at the scene deputies located the suspect walking away from a white colored Chevrolet Impala matching the description of the complaint. An investigation was conducted on the individual who was determined to be under the influence. In addition, this subject became confrontational with deputies there and created a disturbance by yelling obscenities in the presence of customers including customers with children. Napier was charged with driving on DUI suspended license – first offense, public intoxication – controlled substances, second-degree disorderly conduct, menacing, resisting arrest, three counts of illegal possession of a legend drug and possession of marijuana. This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.

— Dylan Bunch, age 25, of Corbin on April 20 at approximately 9:19 a.m. The arrest occurred off West Cumberland Gap Parkway, approximately 12 miles south of London, after deputies were dispatched to a complaint of a male subject attempting to pass a fake $100 bill at a business there. This individual had apparently left the original business where he was attempting to pass the fake $100 bill and traveled to another business attempting to pass the bill there. The suspect was reportedly found in possession of methamphetamine. Bunch was charged with first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, and first-degree possession of a controlled substance – first offense – methamphetamine. This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.

— Diana K. Allen, age 39, of Corbin on April 20 at approximately 8:43 a.m. The arrest occurred off West Cumberland Gap Parkway, approximately 10 miles south of London while deputies were in the area conducting an investigation and encountered this individual who had outstanding bench warrants. In addition, this individual was determined to be under the influence and found with prescription drugs not in proper container. Allen was charged with public intoxication – controlled substances, and prescription controlled substances not in proper container – first offense. In addition, this subject was charged on a Rockcastle District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence – third offense, operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license, third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance – first offense; second-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of legend drug, and failure of nonowner operator to maintain required insurance. In addition, Allen was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence – second offense, leaving the scene of an accident, driving on DUI suspended license – second offense, reckless driving; and numerous other violations. This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.

— David Sutton, age 68, of London was arrested April 20 at approximately 6:45 p.m. The arrest occurred off Little Falls Road, approximately 2/10 mile west of London, after this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court warrant of arrest charging theft by unlawful taking under $500. This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.

— Roland Keith Adams, age 52, of London on April 21, 2019 at approximately 10:17 p.m. The arrest occurred off Filter Plant Road, approximately six miles north of London after deputies were dispatched to a disturbance complaint there. Upon arrival at the scene Deputy Morgan conducted an investigation and learned from a female victim that she had allegedly been struck in the eye causing redness to her eye and face. Adams was charged with fourth-degree assault and alcohol intoxication in a public place. This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
